The Team

	Tim Sweeney, CPA, BIC, CFO is the founder.  He has also worked in fortune 500 companies as well as very small companies in a variety of capacities including CFO, VP of Operations, Director of Operation and General Manager.  Tim handles a variety of business transfers, but specializes in Mergers and Acquisitions.  Primary focus is on Manufacturing, Distribution and Service Companies.  Tim is also a CPA and a Six Sigma Black Belt.  Give Tim a call .
	Chris Lippard has over 35 years experience in the corporate world in the manufacturing sector.  Job responsibilities have included almost all facets of manufacturing and marketing.  One of Chris’s biggest assets is his involvement in the community.  He has served on everything from the Regional chamber, United Way, Rotary, NC AAU, YMCA, to the Sports Authority, This is a great asset because Chris has great contacts.  Chris also has experience owning and operating small businesses.  Chris specializes in the Manufacturing and Retail industries.
	Ben Sweeney is focusing on Restaurants and Service related businesses.  He is also responsible for our financial analysis and social marketing.  Ben has extensive restaurant experience and is working on his actuarial degree.  Ben keeps us on track to make sure the old guys can relate to the Y-generation buyers.
